I'm a mother of two little angels, who didn't sleep well at all and it made me a very sleep deprived zombi-mom. After all these nights without sleep I finaly learned that there is a way out of
it. My daughter learned how to sleep independently as she was 11 months old and she still does now.
Two months later my sleep deprevation gone and I decided to become a professional sleep coach in order to help every family to get the sleep they all need. As a loving and responsible parent, I
believe we have five essential obligations to our children. We need to take care of their emotional health and their physical health. We need to give them good nutrition and a good education. And
we need to make sure that they know how to sleep. It’s that simple and it’s that important.
